An independent, non-commercial project that follows UK public money from published records.

Saishutsu is part of Systems Atlas, which maps real systems as they operate. It is led by one person and is open to being argued with: if a figure here is wrong, or a source is missing, say so.

The name is the Japanese word for a government's annual expenditure, 歳出.
